Mother/Daughter Play Time!

The girls invited some friends over to play last week, but Kaylee's friend wasn't able to come over, so her and I got to play instead. She wanted to stamp so I pulled out some of my pre-cut card kits from past workshops and she picked her favorite card to recreate. I taught her how to "stamp kiss" - she had fun! Here are the cards we created...

Here is the original card from the pre-cut kit - inspired by Lisa Stenz from a few years ago.

Here is Kaylee's card - besidespre-cut paper, she did it all herself!

And I still had some of my stuff out from my Monthly Word Puzzle Make-Up Workshop, so I took my page title idea from THIS workshop and turned it into this card.

Just click on the pictures to view them larger - thanks for looking!

Wedding Card

I had a dear friend come over to make cards last weekend - she asked me to help her make a wedding card for her friend who is getting married next month. The closest colors to their wedding colors were Vineyard Berry, Chocolate, and Colonial White. We totally cased this card from the Originals book in the wedding section, we just changed the papers and stamps used. She was really happy with it and so was I - I haven't made too many wedding cards lately and I don't have any wedding stamps, but the Friendship Word Puzzle worked!

Conference Projects

I finished up these projects two weeks ago during General Conference - unfortunately I got sick on Sunday, so I only got to create during Saturday's sessions, but I'm happy with what I completed!

This was a gift for my cousin who just had a beautiful baby girl. She can just add the pictures! Love this kit from CTMH and I've had 4 sets for over a year now and this is the first I've finally played with it!

This is a long overdue b-day gift for my FIL - the pages are from our Unit Monthly Word Puzzle Swap, but it took me quite a while to pick out the perfect pictures from the last few years. Then I just stamped the year on each page.
