Flyin' High

For the butterflies I used my circle punch to punch the butterflies from the patterned paper - then I cut out another butterfly and pieced it on top using 3-D foam dots to add some fun dimension.

Full Heart
***

My journaling is hidden behind the picture - pull it out by the attached Cocoa Edge Anchor. It just talks about how many times someone tells me that I sure have my hands full, but I love every one of my kids and wouldn't change it for the world!

I used this super fun, bright paper from We R Memory Keepers - I think it's called Frenzy? I also used the number 5 Solo, Hodge Podge Alphabet, and Do Nothing stamp sets.

3 Generations of Handmade Love...

Here is a 2-page 9x9 layout that I finished last week - I entered it in this month's CTMH Sassy Strands contest. I wrapped the #3 with Sassy Strands and then crocheted around the circle on the right page. I've really been second guessing my title since I've sent it in, though. I'm wondering if 4 generations would have been better than 3 - which would have made more sense to you? Here's what I did - tell me what you think about the title - I may change it for the layout I do for my book. I also wish I would have added something about the dress - it's the same dress that my two older girls and myself were blessed in - I believe my mom made it and tatted (?) on it - Mom, correct me if I'm wrong.

Here is the pull-out tag...
