Laugh

Here is another page that I've been wanting to do for a while and finally got a chance to put it together last week. It was a super simple page using a sketch from beggahuna - I just simplified my take on the sketch.

It went together rather fast thanks to the Stickease used for the title and the strips at the bottom. I used Emporium papers and Stickease and used Liquid Glass on the title. I used a Voice Recorder to capture Brailee's laugh, covered it and attached it next to her picture. I also used a new stamp set from the upcoming Fall/Winter CTMH Idea Book, it's called Save the Date, and I have a feeling I will be using this one a LOT! I usually don't do many single picture layouts but they have been super easy for me lately - not good for my growing stash of pictures!

Thanks for looking!

Ultrasound Pics!

We had our Ultrasound earlier this month - I took CTMH's new Voice Recorder and recorded the heartbeat to add to my page - how cool is that? I wish I'd had something like that for my other 3 kiddos. Anyway, Brailee was supposed to be with a babysitter, but she forgot - she's my pregnant friend, so I forgive her ;-) so Brailee got to come to the appointment with David and me. While I was recording the heartbeat, Brailee let out the happiest little squeal, so that recording was definitely a keeper! She loves listening to it over and over again. We got a fun DVD of the ultrasound, which I have never had before, so I thought that was really cool - plus Kaylee and Brianna got to see it, too. Things are looking good - the baby was actually measuring a week or two bigger than I supposedly am, but they didn't move my due date up again. It will be interesting to see when this baby decides to join us!

So yesterday I had a friend come over to scrap while the kids played since they were out of school and I got the following page done. I've had so much fun doing ultrasound pages - I just need more title ideas now so I can finish the rest of the pics I have for the other kids!
