As a CTMH Consultant, I have had a chance to play with it early and I LOVE it! I have never done any kind of digital scrapbooking before, and Studio J is so fun and easy to use. I have already completed over 10 2-page layouts and I placed my first order last Friday and they arrived yesterday - ready to slip right into my scrapbook! I am ready to countdown to the public release of Studio J and I hope you'll join me! Every day I am going to share one of my completed Studio J layouts and something that I love about the software. I still love Traditional Scrapbooking and will never give that up, but I love Studio J because it's a great way to attempt to catch up on my scrapbooking, especially since I take SO many pictures!

This is the very first layout that I created using Studio J...
Something that I love about this software is that I can play around with different paper packs to see which one will look best with my pictures. I tried two other packs before deciding on It's A Guy Thing.

Here is a close-up of the left and right pages. The Studio J watermark is not on the final printed layouts, this is what I get in Preview mode.

Cost to reproduce this layout Traditionally:
Paper Pack - $12.95
Stickease - $8.95
Buttons - $7.95
Waxy Flax - $3.95
Ribbon - not available in Barn Red
Photo Clips - no longer availble
Photo Prints -
*11 4x6 photos x $0.19 = $2.09
*1 5x7 photo = $1.59
Grand Total = $37.48 + tax and shipping - of course this total includes left-over supplies that I can create lots more projects with, but this would be the basic start-up cost for this particular layout if I didn't already have these supplies on hand. And what's nice is I don't have a mess to clean up afterwards and I have two more layouts to add to my list of completed for the year - I should reach my goal in no time thanks to Studio J!

Wow, that sounds great. The digital scrapbooking always seemed like it would take such a long time to know how to use the program that it was just easier to do it the traditional way, but if you say it will be really easy than I guess I'll have to try it out ;) Hopefully you're right :) How much is it to print them? Or will that have to wait until later after the release?
Great job on the layouts! I can see where Studio J would allow scrapbookers to dip their toes into digital waters. I'll just bet you are super excited to finally have it released!
