Since we're away for the holiday weekend, I decided to schedule some posts - my attempt at catching up! We'll see how many I get ready before we leave.

Here is a quick card and gift that I made for a family who recently moved away - we've known them ever since they moved here over 7 (?) years ago. They were our neighbors, teachers, babysitters, and fellow ward members - they will be missed! I guess for all the roles they played in our lives, I should have done more as a farewell gift - just didn't have enough time!
I used Tinkerin' paper, Say It In Style stamp set, and coordinating brads and ribbon. The card pattern came from Wishes - Lucky Layers I just love the size of these cute little mason jars - my mom brought us some Raspberry Jam in this jar on her last visit and usually I just wash all my jars and give them back to her to reuse - sorry, mom, you're not getting this one back, but I'll make it up to you!

I hope you all have a very safe and happy Independence Day!

Cute card and gift. It's always so hard when good friends move away. I hope your weekend is fabulous.
